Customers place an order through the app to send parcels or documents.

The parcels are handed over to Mumbai’s dabbawalas, who specialize in navigating the city.

Using technology, PNP ensures real-time tracking, efficient routing, and same-day delivery.

This innovative model not only solves logistical challenges but also provides additional income to the dabbawalas, empowering the local workforce.
